Terms of Service for Wealth Meetups Food and Fun Events

1. Event Overview
Wealth Meetups organizes fun events that include food, games, giveaways, trivia, and exciting ways for people to connect. These events are designed to bring people together while enjoying great food and entertainment.

2. Ticketing and Refund Policy

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event due to the necessity of placing food and drink orders in advance.

Within 7 days of the event, we offer a credit towards a future event instead of a refund.

If Wealth Meetups cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, venue issues, or changes in venue, we will do our best to reschedule the event or offer a full refund, regardless of timing.

3. Games, Giveaways, and Prizes

Some of our events feature trivia games and activities where participants can win free food, drinks, and other prizes.

These games are not games of chance but are skill-based or random in nature.

The selection of participants for games is random, and all associated costs for prizes come directly from Wealth Meetups.

4. Food and Restaurant Responsibility

Wealth Meetups does not cook or prepare food; we partner with restaurants to provide meals at our events.

Restaurants are fully responsible for food preparation, service, and safety.

Wealth Meetups is not liable for any food-related issues, including but not limited to allergies, foodborne illnesses, or dietary restrictions.

5. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

Attendees should review the restaurant’s menu and ingredients in advance.

If you have any dietary concerns, please notify the restaurant directly before attending.

Wealth Meetups is happy to facilitate communication with restaurant management upon your arrival. Please notify our staff upon arrival if you require assistance.

6. Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless Agreement

By attending a Wealth Meetups event, you acknowledge that participation in food-related events comes with inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, illness, and venue-related safety concerns.

Wealth Meetups is held harmless for any food-related issues, venue incidents, or unforeseen cancellations.

By purchasing a ticket and attending, you agree to waive any legal claims against Wealth Meetups regarding food, venue safety, or other event elements.

7. Photography and Media Release

By attending, you agree that photos and videos may be taken at events and used for marketing purposes by Wealth Meetups.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify Wealth Meetups staff upon arrival.

8. Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a fun, friendly, and respectful environment for all attendees.

Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
